Habitat

2,800 acres of prime waterfowl habitat situated adjacent to the deep coastal marsh area of Brazoria County, Texas. Property is intensively managed in close cooperation with Texas Rice Industry Coalition for the Environment (“Texas RICE”), Ducks Unlimited and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. One of the largest,most diverse, moist soil complexes on the Texas Coast with approximately 1,400 acres of leveed moist soil habitat. The presence of excellent freshwater and agricultural habitats adjacent to large areas of coastal saline and brackish marshes attracts large numbers of quality ducks.
